Five Counties Holidays Ltd. was set up by Tilman Anhold of the Horse Holiday Farm in Grange, Co. Sligo and Joe McElhill of Ardmoume House in Castlederg, Co. Tyrone, to create and promote environment-friendly, all year round activity holiday Programmes in the North West of Ireland, mainly in the five counties of Sligo, Leitrim, Donegal, Tyrone and Fermanagh.

Tilman Anhold of the Horse Holiday Farm is a well-known operator of equestrian holidays in Ireland. He set up his Horse Holiday Farm some thirty years ago and since then attracts a large international clientele who enjoy trail riding in beautiful unspoilt countryside.
His Partner Joe McElhill of Ardmoume House offers his own hiking and biking programme in counties Donegal and Tyrone, an area which to a great extent is still undiscovered by tourism and offers visitors a taste of an Ireland off the beaten track.
